Prevailing In and Out of Court

Lisa Richardson worked closely with the State Bar’s executive team and partners at Hueston Hennigan. She led all communications strategies in support of the litigation approach before, during and after the four-day arbitration, which was widely followed by state legislators, the legal community and the press.
